@OverwhelmMe “its tough being a "fan" of music that no one else IRL appreciates, let alone has heard about, and despite my best attempts at converting friends, not everyone "gets it." Oh my gosh you verbalised exactly how I’ve felt about Jon. I got one of my best friends into his music industry high school so I can talk to him about it but no one else really. If it were another silly artiste I wouldn’t care but Jon’s music has saved me when I was in some of the most difficult periods of my life and wherever people ask for my music taste he’s one of the top 3 I start with. I’m glad you could discuss it in therapy. I might too.

@kozmikblooz Remember Jon himself said even though he made this he doesn’t wanna get addicted to it. I say give yourself a limit for a time you should come off, dim your lights, drink something warm like a tea and do a relaxing activity until you sleep.

I have Crohn’s disease. It’s much better handled now because after 5 years of fighting for my life I got surgery done and I have a colostomy. However, the biological therapy I’m on means I gotta be extra careful with my immune system because the slightest thing might take me out

@kozmikblooz read, listen to a podcast and colour, listen to ASMR, try and do some yoga or light exercise. One of those always works
