Man it’s always a struggle. Not willing to obsess over getting exposure but knowing what type of music I’m sitting on. I feel blessed that I can deliver this new batch at the highest creative level because I’ve been fortunate to build wealth through creating for other talented artists.

I value anonymity and peaceful existence but want to deliver highest level of shit. I thank the Lord I nabbed a few hits to fund and deliver this album not sacrificing anny creative vision and not particularly worry about the outcome, especially since I own almost all of my masters now. Don’t know if I ever would have been able to make this album without making those hits for others. Cuz I’m REALLY doing this out of pocket. Hahhaaha

I don’t even remember, that one was kind of blurry and emotional. Mark Williams worked out great chordal ideas around my main melody thing, I think without him it wouldn’t have been as “important” sounding. Raul Cubina and Manny Miroquinn on the mix side as well. That was a team vision for sure.

It’s the most on it’s ever been! I work on it in seasons. The story and world building is a process along with setting it up properly for success. The streaming and content landscape changes so fast I just wanna make sure where ever it’s parked it gets the best look.
