Honestly I love it here and it takes me back to the 2000's when I would get home from school and logon to visit my internet friends.

Any Single people here in their 30’sGirl I feel like we are going to become fast bff's lol.
I'm single and 36 and have always hoped that I'll luck out and my future person will be a JB fan as well. Here's hoping that this forum brings any and all good connections, be it friends or possible soulmates

COME ON IN YA FILTHY ANIMALSHappy to be here, your posts/announcements and the creation of this forum have been a reprieve and I'm so stoked!

Tour Stop Wishlist ✨@djrock93 No kidding- already stressing out, thinking about it.
I got ticket to THC in Austin back in 2016 but no one was able to go with me and I didn't feel comfortable soloing it... so I missed out. I regret that everyday.
My hope with this forum is to make friends that I can go to a show with.

Tour Stop Wishlist ✨@User12261990 Yes. Absolutely. Without a doubt.
Just hella stressed about the inevitable fact that it will sell out in minutes.

Who’s Awake and can’t sleep?I'm a fellow night owl
I tend to stay up until midnight, just because my night owl tendencies no longer work with needing to be a responsible adult for work in the mornings. But I'm on MST so I still have about 2.5 hrs left in me haha

Other Favorite Artists? As part of my recent/regular rotation: Mumford and Sons, Childish Gambino, Steve Aoki, Bad Bunny
None of it "makes sense," it just depends on the mood and what I'm doing.

What is the most impactful line Jon has written?@thirtyyk I say this to myself on a regular basis. "If I knew tomorrow, I guess I wouldn't need faith."
Humbles me real quick.

Make a song called “The Forum”@kkirby20 This is so sweet, I love this for y'all. I love that as fans, we share an appreciation for the depth of these songs even though we all have different stories behind them.
I hope I find my JB soulmate too!
-
Jon-inspired artI absolutely love these! The Stupid Deep lyric one is my favorite.
-
The Separation TattooThat is absolutely amazing! Thank you for sharing this story and this piece with us.
Also- I'm like, gamer-lite, but anyone who plays Dota2 is insane (in a good way). Hella impressed!

Connection...I’m really excited about this.
As a millennial, a pioneer of the internet, online forums were my thing back during college. A forum filled with JB fans is the best of both worlds.
I’m looking forward to meeting people, chatting on discords, etc. I hope this maintains momentum long term.
Thanks to Jon- for these are the days we “all became famous.”

Make a song called “The Forum”@kkirby20 This entire forum is making me tear up, honestly. I want to just chill here for hours/days, whatevs lol.
And thank you for the username compliment
it's my favorite song and, ironically, ex's have called me overwhelming. That song validated me and made me feel like I'm not "too much" for the right person.

How Did Yall Discover Jon?LMAO.. in my Tinder match's bed.
We were talking about music (he produces as a side hobby as well- super small though). And he was like, "I think you may like this," and it was Hand of God... and the rest is history. This was in maybe 2016. He and I remain close friends and share JB stuff whenever something new comes out.

adore this forum vibe!I literally ran home to sit on my laptop and pretend its 2006 and I'm chatting with my internet friends.
Thanks @User12261990- these days will be known as the day we all got famous -
What song should Jon NOT have sold?On the Holy train for sure. When he played his version during the virtual concert, I nearly lost my mind.

Support group for those personally victimized by Mah’s JointThis song kills me, I can only listen to it every few months.
I didn't witness my mom take care of her parents as they both passed either before I was born or when I was an infant. But in 2019, my mom passed away from liver disease and she was in a natural coma while in ICU. My sister, dad, and I each took on different roles in caring for her during those days and I (the youngest, at 30) took on the role of caregiver- brushing her hair, washing her face, singing to her, making her comfortable. And the line "and when she meets God, he'll tell her all about it, when my mother was a mother to her mom" just gets me. And I hope that now she's able to see the house I take care of (I moved back home to care for my dad).
Whooo, even typing that killed me. Jon's music really pulls us through some tough times.
