I found him on the radio playing the (now vintage) All Time Low. The only piece of technology that I had was a 3DS so I would have to use that completely ass version of YouTube that the little thing had to find all of Jons other works at the time.
Great times Great times.... I hope that he's able to tour for this next album because i was never able to go to any of the ones prior :_(
@BeastPigSweg How the hell am I looking in a mirror through a computer screen lol
This was definitely me back in 2018
Much love!

My buddy who makes music introduced me to Jon in 2012. I quickly became obsessed, especially with the behind-the-scenes videos, and started sharing his music with everyone I knew. His passion has always been contagious and inspiring.

@BeastPigSweg He opened for Twenty One Pilots back in like 2017 I believe and I’ve been hooked since. Introduced him to my now husband and got him hooked!

Back in 2013 I was watching COD Black Ops 2 montages and one of the FaZe guys used “Carry Your Throne” in his montage - I was hooked and listened to it every chance I could. This was back when the only song Jon had on iTunes was “The Wonder Years”, so I bought it and listened to it over and over again. Ever since then, Jon’s been my favorite artist!

It was my freshman year of high school, so 2016, and this youtuber i followed at the time posted monthly spotify playlists. in one of the playlists Morning in America was like the first song and i remember listening to it and thinking how it sounded like nothing i had ever heard before. i remember being in my study hall class just listening to every album at that time and becoming a major fan ever since. i forced my best friend to listen to his songs enough that even she became a huge fan lol.

I first heard Jon at Wireless Festival wayyy back in 2014. I’d got in as soon as the gates opened and headed to the bar for some drinks. Thought I’d check out the opening act even though I had never heard of him and had no idea who he was. I stood and watched his whole set as the festival slowly filled up. For the rest of that day, and the following day, despite hearing a ton of music from various acts, I had “cocaine like the kid was born in 84…” going round and round in my head. Googled the song the next day which I believe led me to his site and had the Seperation downloading a few minutes later. I listened to that album the whole of the next week at work and I’ve been a huge fan ever since!

I discovered him back in 2018 when GSP came out. Had a GSP phone case for the longest time, and have been dyinggg for new music! So hyped for this new album.
On a different note, @User12261990
I make custom shoes as a hobby, and I would loveeee to make some for you with any kind of design/theme that you’d like and send them to you!! Your music has helped me through some really difficult times and I want to show that somehow. Any idea how I could coordinate that?
P.S. Cautionary tales is hands down my favorite songHe just needed saving from himself

@BeastPigSweg I was hanging out with a buddy in 2016 and he was big into making gameplay YouTube videos and we were kids so obviously they were poorly made
but he showed me his outro and the background music was he is the same and at the time I was so fascinated with the song and I begged him to tell me who it was and after he told me I spent the next year listening to Jon’s music and finding unreleased tracks and went to my first concert ever when he went on tour for GSP and it’s been history since🤪

A guy transferred to my high school from sachem north. Told everyone and anyone with ears about Jon and would play his music in class. I listened to wutup snow and all time low first. Then he played me Hand of God on my last day of high school. The rest is history.

I learned about Jon from Faze Clan and their work with Logic and you through Visionary Music Group. Immediately got my wife Brie on your music dang near the day we met.

Spotify’s “Discover Weekly…” for the longest time Blu from GSP was the only song I’d listen to. I had a friend of mine recommend The Seperation, and that shit was so different in my mind compared to the few songs from THC and GSP that I knew. But since I listened to The Seperation it’s been true love between Jon’s music and I ever since lol

My brother was the reason, I belived he was seeing a FaZe video with carry your trone, so that was it, we began to listen all about it, and then the behind the making of the songs was what really got me.

I went to a Twenty One Pilots concert back in 2017 (i think) and he was one of their openers for that leg of the Emotional Roadshow Tour. Outside of knowing ‘All Time Low”, I didn’t consider truly listening to him until I saw him perform his other songs when he opened for TØP. Haven’t stopped listening ever since

2016 All Time Low was all over the place and that’s how I found Jon. After listening to that song I dove deep into Jon as an artist, I watched all his “making of” videos on YouTube and I just fell in love with his creative process and his messaging in the music. One of my all time favorite bars is
“The chorus and instrumental, oh, you think it's odd?
I don't have to give you lyrics 'cause I know it's God
That's why I get emotional when the chorus drops”
