@bellion I also remember seeing that, assuming its the same one im thinking of "FaZe: #RED - A Multi-CoD Teamtage by FaZe Barker" what a rush bro

Same way a lot of people did: All Time Low. But my boyfriend at the time was listening to The Human Condition on repeat. He was telling me "there's not a single filler song, they all are just as amazing". I started listening to Jon Bellion because of him. And he was so right. Years go on and I branch out, explore other albums of his and my brain just explodes with how amazing this music is. I listen to concerts and interviews, hear about his behind the scenes work. Just incredible. Jon Bellion has been my own obsession for years now, but thank you Cayleb for showing me

So it was originally through Visionary Music Group very much early doors kind of thing seeing the music video to The Wonder Years and the Making Of series he did (if he sees this please bring this back it is beautiful to watch you at work) but just followed since then, It has gone from collecting all the records of his albums to a tattoo, Unfortunately I've missed out on seeing him live which is probably the most frustrating thing due to work and nothing is stopping me from seeing him now.

My older brother always kept an eye out for music that he thinks I would like. I remember him calling me into the kitchen and telling me about this song called "2 Rocking Chairs" I listened to it and thought it was good. Then he played "Ungrateful Eyes" and I was HOOKED. Music is one of the things at always bonded us together JB especially

I am just sick of being HUMANNNNNN
-
I found him on the radio playing the (now vintage) All Time Low. The only piece of technology that I had was a 3DS so I would have to use that completely ass version of YouTube that the little thing had to find all of Jons other works at the time.
Great times Great times.... I hope that he's able to tour for this next album because i was never able to go to any of the ones prior :_(
@BeastPigSweg that’s unreal to read hahahaha

FaZe uploaded a Call of Duty montage to YouTube using the song “Carry Your Throne” in 2014, I knew I had to check the rest of his music out. Some of the FaZe guys also released vlogs where they went to Jon’s house to hangout with him and hear the album early. One of them accidentally leaked the cover to The Human Condition in the vlog, pretty sure that video’s still up. A few years before all of this FaZe were using a lot of Logics songs in their videos which played a role in helping Logic get his name out there

I’ll be honest, lots of people from the AJR community were talking about how Human sounded like an AJR song, I listened to it and ended up finding a person better than AJR lol
-
My now-husband, then-fiance introduced him to me for the first time leading up to the release of Glory Sound Prep. When that album was released, I made it my whole personality lol. His music has gotten me through some of the toughest moments of my life. This album could not come at a better time.
@thatcanadianblondie excited for you to listen this album.

I found him through an old call of duty youtuber FaZe Rain when he hit 100k subs on youtube, song was LIFE off translations through speakers.

In 2015 I got All Time Low (single) recommended in my Spotify Discover Weekly playlist. After listening to it 10 times that week I found The Definition album and the rest is history.

I discovered Jon Bellion back in 2017 when he opened up for twenty one pilots emotional roadshow. From then, I started listening all the songs that were on Apple Music and YouTube. Since then I have been a fan!!
-
I remember sitting on the computer playing video games when from my sisters room I heard ungrateful eyes and later dead man walking and from then on I would purposely sit outside her room to listen to Jon when she would play his music cause I didn’t have an iPod of my own lol. Later that same sister showed me morning in America and guillotine and with time I became obsessed

My brother showed me “Overwhelming” back in 2016. Ever since then, Jon has been my favorite artist. His vocals, writing style, song mixing, etc. are impeccable. When the mood is literally at an All Time Low, JB’s music is my go-to. When the mood is high, you guessed it, JB’s music is also my go-to. My life’s motto is “Simple and Sweet” - so much so that my brother used it in his Best Man speech at my wedding. It’s no coincidence that this song is also my favorite of all time. I have a lot to be thankful for when it comes to JB and am so pumped that he’s back and churning out more bangers. Appreciate you more than you know.

For me it was good things fall apart!!!!!
This was my second year into me exploring my taste in music and I was heavily into EDM and when I heard his vocals on it I had to check Jon’s entire discography plus the making of videos really sealed the deal!!!! The entire series has made listen to music and appreciate each note, sonic and lyric in an entirely new and profound way!!!!!!! The growth of my musical palette is all thanks to Jon!!!!!!!!!! -
It was my best friend who introduced me officially in 2016 and I realized I’d heard a few of his songs in passing before then, but that was when the obsession was born. Shortly after went to see him in Orlando at the Beacham and life was forever changed.

@FLYEAGLESFLY hell yeah I found him through Rain as well

My cousin tried to introduce me to Jon during “The Human Condition” album, but I didn’t give it a chance, when Glory Sound Prep came out, a colleague talked about it and said she was going to his concert, which intrigued me, I gave the album a listen and joined in for the concert, and have been hooked ever since. I revisit the making of videoes a couple of times during the year and love the vibe they bring!
