@tiachante_ I’ll say it till it’s released and I’m wrong, but I don’t think kids again is a single of the album, I think it was a one off single celebrating his return to musical freedom. Especially when he says once the first thing drops is all rolling fast no cryptic stuff or however he said it.
@Zeonder right, i won’t lie at first i assumed KID AGAIN was off the new album but as i’ve looked into it deeper i’m starting to wonder if it wasn’t…especially bc i rewatched a little bit of the interview he did with George Janko, he talked abt releasing his own music after 6 years (where he dropped hints at KID AGAIN) and then later talked abt the new album—BUT he never outright says that the two had any correlation and they were two separate topics discussed at different periods in the interview so it got me thinking fs
also, KID AGAIN doesn’t rlly seem to match the aesthetic or themes of what he’s been saying the album will be focusing on (i.e. fatherhood, marriage, heritage, family, etc.)“I figured out there’s money in my mind.”

He respects us, while he likes his privacy I also dont think hes tryna ignore us, he knows we miss him. It (TO ME) was so clearly just a one off WE BACK celebration to get ready for the next era/chapter to come

@its_nat07 nah exactly, and way more so THE MESSAGE OF THE SONG, like that was CLEARLY celebration of being back and in my opinion he just wanted to get something out for us ASAP bc he knew how long wed been waiting and knows how die hard his fan base is. and it’s not like he hasn’t released a single while making an album before and it wasn’t on the album—he did the same thing with Woodstock and when people asked him why it wasn’t on THC he said because it didn’t fit the theme of the album so i think KID AGAIN follows that same sentiment“I figured out there’s money in my mind.”

@Zeonder I don’t disagree but I do think the colours he chose may be similar to the vibe of the new album
