For me listening to Jon’s music really had a strong impact on my life. In high school and my first two years of college, I REALLY struggled mentally. I just always found myself going back and listening to Jon’s music and it was always an escape for me. I still don’t really know why it had the impact the way it did but I will always be grateful for Jon and his music for getting me through some of the hardest parts of my life. Weight of the World is probably one of my favorite songs️

It was my freshman year of high school, so 2016, and this youtuber i followed at the time posted monthly spotify playlists. in one of the playlists Morning in America was like the first song and i remember listening to it and thinking how it sounded like nothing i had ever heard before. i remember being in my study hall class just listening to every album at that time and becoming a major fan ever since. i forced my best friend to listen to his songs enough that even she became a huge fan lol.
