When The Separation was released, "To My Future Wife" was one of my favorite tracks. I was in Highschool at the time. Like so many of y'all out there, I daydreamed of this song one day playing at my wedding. Not long after, I asked my future wife to Senior year prom. We fell in love quickly, and only had a summer together before we left for our separate colleges 750 miles away from each other. Jon's music helped us persevere through years of long-distance, and after an eternity we moved in together and got engaged. My wedding ring is engraved with the words "Walk Towards Love", and for our first dance at our wedding, my wife and I performed a choreographed dance to, of course, "To My Future Wife".
