We need an Easter Egg Section because we love to theorize all the meanings of your songs and cover art and album themes lol

I think the longevity of artists is what’s affected the most. We barely get albums with a coherent theme or story, most albums are just a bunch of Isingles put together with a coherent sound but I miss being excited about the storytelling of an album. Artists are forced to pump out quantity over quality to stay in the conversation and although some can manage, I think we miss out on artists who need time because they don’t get the attention since they don’t participate in the rat race.

I was always so inspired by seeing how Jon worked with string trio in his Making Of Video and decided to try it for myself. I’m planning on hiring a string quartet to play an acoustic version of one of my tracks “if you ever left” that I wrote for my long time girlfriend, to play for when I propose to her. I was inspired by “Haunted house” (one of my favourite tracks lyrics wise from Jon), when I wrote this song, using the same metaphors of his lover scaring away his “ghosts” so it makes me emotional thinking about how much Jon’s music has shaped my life from highschool, even to this important milestone moment.

Never learned any music theory but have had to start to learn how to make sheet music for the quartet to learn. Still working on it but just wanted to share how Jon’s music has affected my life and it feels cool leading a string quartet like he did in the video lol.

Love my beautiful mind merch but sadly none of it fits in my current style so I mostly wear it for comfort at home, would love to see some more updated styles for merch releases!!

I will spend the money Jon, I know not everyone has it but please have some options for people who are willing to!
