In college I decided to take an English course where the focus was music. Obviously found any reason to write about Jon’s music because it’s written so incredible and intelligent. For our final paper we had to write this long piece about the impact lyrics have had on us. I decided to write mine about the way Jon’s music changed my perception of the world especially through “Ungrateful eyes” and how important music is and has been to be, especially finding an artists that speak to my soul. Anyways, long story short, my teacher submitted my paper to the college and I won top in the English department in my whole college and had the paper publish in the newspaper. I have a Masters degree in science but honesty, the paper is still my most treasured accomplishment.
