So relatable. I was taking care of a dementia client at that time. This song set me overrrrr.

Let's see....I think the first song I heard was Luxury when I was 19. It had just come out and was on my brother's playlist. I then proceeded to fall in love with the entire album while playing dota2. I scoured the internet to find anything I could about this genius man's music. I LOVE the making of videos. Those are the best. Jon quickly became one of my all time favorite artists. The album artwork for the Separation always really spoke to me. It reminds me to think for myself and not be a "sheeple". After all....that is a beautiful mind to me.
So I got it tattooed. Fan-fucking-tastic tattoo. Got it started in July of 2016, right before the Seattle concert! Which I still have my beautiful mind tshirt from....I got the second session with color soon after and the tattoo was done by August

Jon's music is true genius. He writes for so many other artists. He lurks in the shadows lol. Guarding his light. but we've been here, searching for it. Tori Kelly's most recent album is chefs kiss. I can hear Jon's influence all through it. Specifically, shelter and young gun give me all the feels. I'm stoked to hear that some new Jon music might be coming. His version of everything is better.

If the devil is in the music industry, that means there's gotta be angels too right? Keep your light Jon I'm listening now more than ever.
