I originally made it to be the icon of a subreddit I created called r/BeautifulMindInspired to bring producers with a love for Jon and BM together to spread their music and get and give critique, but I wanted to share the art in here too since I was pretty proud of the edit. A lot of it was using the eraser tool, selectively choosing what to keep and add until it formed readable words, and adding a few features to make the words more readable. What do y’all think?

Its a huge ask, but I'd love to see just a full on display/breakdown of one of your more technical songs similar to how Jacob Collier does his Logic Breakdown sessions. I love picking apart songs to gain a better understanding of what underlying instrumentation makes stuff pop, but also I know I'm definitely bound to miss SOMETHING (like an ambient pad or texture SFX) with how much cool stuff is going on in your music at once (like Woke the F*ck Up or Kid Again).

Ok hear me out, I know it’s probably Jimin singing the whole song as the soloist since, ya know, it’s his song even tho Jon produced/wrote it. That being said, you cannot tell me that in the first verse when he goes “every day of my life” does not sound EXACTLY like Jon. Either we are being lied to or Jimin’s imitation from the demo (assuming Jon made a demo first) is literally perfect. I cannot unhear it

This was brought up earlier by @itsmichaelbain but considering Jon seems very active atm, I wanted to restate it as I think it'd be cool and didn't want the idea to get lost in the sauce.

I think it'd be cool if there was a folder on here dedicated to people posting their music and receiving feedback from other members of the community. I'm attempting something similar on r/BeautifulMindInspired (linked below), but having something like that in this forum I think would be HUGE and get a much larger community since not everyone uses reddit and the core fanbase is already here. The goal would be feedback/critique from people on the forum, but also it'd be a neat way for us to share our musical art/tributes with you as opposed to ONLY our physical drawn/painted art if you did choose to click on any. Even just the ability to add audio without video (since the focus is feedback, not promotion & as a programmer I know making it video compatible would probably be a bit more difficult to store) would be sick. Would that be a possibility @User12261990 ? Thanks!! (also STOKED for the album dropped on the unknown "Friday." I will be counting down the days, and restarting that counter for every Friday that gets skipped )

@BeautifulMind Difficult question cause while I probably listen to Woke the F*ck Up, Crop Circles, and Run Wild the most, Conversations with my Wife would have to be my favorite. It’s not consistently on my playlist, and it’s not the one I listen to the most my a long shot, but it’s definitely a comfort song for me. It’s a testament to how family and personal relationship is infinitely more important than achievements and public appearance/reputation, which resonates a lot with my core values when it comes to hypothetically envisioning a successful career in music and the sacrifices that come with that. Even if it is not the song I listen to the most (though it’s definitely high up there in listens, it’s catchy af), it’s definitely still my favorite just because of the meaning and beautiful lyricism. I ESPECIALLY love the Cove City rendition. I had that (and the whole concert) on repeat while piecing together IKEA furniture for my apartment back during my undergrad

Never thought abt this before, but HOW do demos like 1990 or Tangled Webs get leaked? Might be a silly question cause that’s the whole point of it getting leaked (we don’t know/its unofficial), but in Jon’s case just cause of the abundance of unreleased demons online, I’m curious if he’s been leaking them over the years or if someone else in the studio does it or what . Just a thought that randomly occurred. Probably an unknown but I like the conspiracy behind it all ahha
