HI JON, WOULD LOVE TO ASK YOU THIS
-
I got to meet and speak with you during your last tour, I came to the Manchester GSP concert in the UK and I got to ask you who your main inspiration was and who you'd like to work with, your answer at the time was Pharrell Williams. I just have to now follow up this question now you've worked with Pharrell and ask: How was it working with someone who's such an inspiration to you? Was working with him everything you'd hope for? Would you collaborate with him again? Now you've worked with Pharrell, who would you want to work with next? Thanks Jon! Been a long time follower of yours for years now and I respect your values as well as your work ethic. Keep being amazing!

not to answer for him lool, but oh man it had to be more than he expected, I mean Pharrell seems like such a vibe you can just chill with and joke with in the studio, that had to be so surreal to him. Imagine if one of us got that with Jon, I can only imagine how Jon felt that 10x with Pharell, would love to hear who he wants to work with next tho too, Im not even a big fan of hers but Billie Eilish did introduce some new sounds with her brother Finneas, ultimately I'm bias for the Kendrick collab tho lool, if were going more old school peeps like Pharrell who been int he game for a minute tho, I'm taking 50 Cent, Wiz always been just top notch chefs kiss type deal, but my hearts soft for 50

@castleofvariety Pharrell the only person I ever been in with that was exactly as advertised as far as being a genius. He is an actual living genius. Very blessed to be around him anytime we working.

@User12261990 thanks for the reply Jon! That really means a lot. I'm glad to know you got what you hoped for in working with Pharrell, I agree with him being a genius! You're a genius yourself so I can't wait to see what you both come up with

@User12261990 if you were to pick one of your songs that was your favorite in terms of how you related, the process, what song would it be?

@Zeonder this is why I mentioned Anderson. They both have that laid back attitude when it comes to their music and I feel they'd both collaborate in a creative way. Both of them have great production choices, great vocals and great rapping ability, so it would be a really good pairing that makes sense. I do like the thought of him collaborating with Kendrick, J Cole, JID etc that all have great rapping ability, but from a pairing perspective I think him and Anderson. Paak have a similar kind of style. Interested to see what him and Pharrell came up with though!
