I’ve been a JB fan Since 2017 , my yearbook quote and graduation cap were based on Jb albums.But as of now I’m an aspiring singer/songwriter and I want to know if there are any tips or motivations to navigate the somewhat complicated realm of music /the music industry.

connections. make connections. Dont make connections for connections sake or people will find you kind of slimey trying to climb the ranks using those around you. Make connections because you love the industry and want to pursue, make connections with people who support you and you support them and you can help make eachothers dreams come to life. Also pursue what you love, if you only love singing then only sing for example, theres so many people around Jon that make his vision possible, where they only play trumpet, sing, guitar or whatever it is. But the crazyt hing is as much as it might be hard to believe, Jon admits it himself, he wouldnt be anywhere without these people. These people can go play guitar for anyone, but Jon couldnt do what he did without them choosing him. So just pursue what you love and surround yourself with the right people
