What Is Your Favorite Jon Bellion Song?

You can only pick ONE. What is it and why?
@BeautifulMind Well I pick "Luxury", I even got a tattoo from this one along my spine, this is the first song I heard from Jon B, and the one who make me fall so hard for Jon's songs.

@BeautifulMind The Internet. Reminds me of summer driving in the car with my friends blasting it from the speakers and life before the 9 to 5 kicked in, haha.

hand of god has been my favorite hands down since i first listened to THC and it hasn’t changed since

Growing up the only friend I ever had and knew was my cousin we did literally everything together until he got in an accident and didn't make it and his parents felt I should have his things amongst them was his phone all cracked from the impact but still functional and I turn it on of course I know his password and I see his Spotify minimized and what was playing before his accident was mahs joint and I just listened to it to help him finish it cause he never got the chance and when I heard the lyrics I just cried and cried but I was glad it was the last thing he got to hear ever since then I vibed Jon's music my cousin left me but not without a gift

We all know the answer to this. What’s special about Jon Bellion is there is no favourite song. Like in Kung Fu Panda how there is no secret ingredient. His artistry is more about a way of being – it’s all about being in a constant excited awe, a presence of spirit that you witness in the ‘making of’ videos, that you also feel when listening. Point being they’re all good. If I have to pick though, the greats are Wonder Years (my nieces blowing bubbles in the yaard), Stupid Deep, Hand of God, Luxury, Guillotine. I’d also add that some of the melodies on The Definition are so iconic they’re engraved in my mind! And the rapping on Adult Swim… woooph
@viccomusic honestly fantastic points. The Definition really shaped how I hear melodies and incorporate them into my songs to this day. Every single song is a treat, a journey, an inspiration, and I could never truly pick one as my favorite. Jon is really a special creative to say the least.

@BeautifulMind I think Hand of God would have to be mine. It's the perfect encapsulation of the entirety of that album. My faith is important to me too and Jon Bellion's music resonates deeply with me because of that.

For me it’s the acoustic version of Blu!

Luxury. There is no competition for me. Every time I hear it, it feels like I’m hearing it for the first time. The chorus will always be what I consider is the greatest collaboration of notes I’ve ever heard. As an artist at heart, not career, there’s jealousy that I didn’t create it first haha

You can only pick ONE. What is it and why?
@BeautifulMind Munny Right. It was one of the first Jon songs I heard and it resonated with me heavily as a high school kid. As a 25 year old now, it still feels like the song resonates so well because of the way the perspective is built in it. I don't listen to it frequently because I'll get mentally stuck in nostalgia, but when I do listen, it's still a special song.

Blu has been my number 1 since I heard it. Hoping the new album will have a song to top that

@Derrian-Berry for real! it’s a part of my musical palette
I believe that is a case for a lot of artists too? Jon Bellion is like the artist’s artist in that way. Even though that’s a cliche thing to say it truly is the case. I love how it’s full circle too – Kanye West inspired Jon Bellion, a long with Dilla of course, and now we see Donda with production credits from Jon Bellion’s folks ojivolta (mark williams and raul cubina). That’s so crazy to me. The world, I mean God – works in mysterious ways.

This album is the first album that I’ve included an acoustic version of a song as well as the produced out
@User12261990 some of the acoustic versions are also a fav. Simple & sweet!
