Are you going to use the same artist, David Ardinaryas Lojaya, for your next album cover? Love his art style and it would be cool to have that continuity between the studio albums.
@jacksonraedeke David is my absolute favorite. This time around we took a totally different approach though. Tapped into my actual heritage and family history instead of fantasy aesthetic.
-
Will you ever release 2 Car Garage?
@BraydenB22 it’s coming but on a different artist. I think it comes out soon.
-
@YEE I’ve been into Luke Combs, guys got velvet pipes. A real saucy vocal lol
-
@aklec commitment, effort, spiritual battle, leadership

My friends and I have been OGs for a long time... about a year before you took a break we traded your wife a fathead of Randy and Rob gave us a setlist. Wondering if you still have that in a closet somewhere, LMAO
@bleachxbaths lmaoaoaooaao I’m sure it’s at my parents house hahahaha

God bless Jon you are the goat

I feel like Jon has an epic burger order. How do you like to stack your patties and condiments.
-
@jake.meredith_ you might have to do some of the BS in order to get away from it. Hard truth. Do it in your own way. I stepped away from it all understanding and accepting the potential access and popularity I might lose. But I did do it at the start of it all. You’re right I have a large base now so I can do that but I grinded and did the dance for a few years before being able to decide to drop it all and build stuff like this! Hope you’re doing amazing through it all!

@jacksonraedeke is my cousin and we both became fanboys when I visited him over our high school thanks giving break in 2015 and showed him your stuff. Look how far we’ve come…

@User12261990 Thank you! In a sense I saw that answer coming, but I still needed to hear it. Seeing the quiet part (sometimes gotta do the BS to get past the BS) actually get said out loud by the person on the scene who I respect and look up to the most provides a lot of validation for me for justifying making some eye catching video while in the early stages of building an audience (not that goal is fame, but can’t make a living off no credentials/audience either). I appreciate you saying to navigate doing it my own way as well, helped me to recognize that while some decisions are better than others, there’s no “right” way per se. I actually just made a subreddit called r/BeautifulMindInspired that I’m hoping to grow so people who enjoy music from you and BM can promote and critique each other so we can all grow together and also maybe polish a few diamonds in the rough. Your faith is inspiring to me, and I’m excited to move forward with my music my own way and just see where God takes me. He gave me this gift, so imma work my ass off to offer it up and give the glory back to Him.

Designing this forum is also a way for me to be able to interact with you guys but at a pace that’s healthy for me. (Plus all the data is ours no algorithmic BS)
I ain’t doing no TikTok dances to push the music lmao we already have a community bigger than most artists.
Yall deserve a space different than the usual rat race BS.
I’m goana take time each week to sit and answer some questions. Let them fly here.
@User12261990 this is such an awesome way to interact with your community and build hype, you've done an incredible job here! Also I'm glad you're fighting back against the algorithms, they're such a huge pain to deal with. Good on you!

@User12261990 Loving this concept Jon !!! So excited for what's to come.

@User12261990 This forum is a really awesome concept, thanks for dreaming all this up for us! I've got two q's if that's alright!
-
I know you said you were in the mixing/mastering phase of the album production, but how long did actual production take on the album from the moment you started writing it last year(? I assume last year)
-
You really upped the visuals and story concept with GSP, is there going to be something along those lines for this project or is it more of a "back to basics, let the music speak for itself" kind of approach this time around?
Thanks again, excited for the new music

@User12261990 Will there be a Jonas Brothers x Jon Bellion 2.0 ??

What do you think is the best way to get music into the open without succumbing to these BS Tiktok and insta ads? I did a few at first for my last 2 records, but it just all feels so disgusting and desperate. I love what you are doing here, but unfortunately I don't have that kind of following since I'm still very new on the scene, so I feel kinda lost when it comes to advertising.
@jake.meredith_ I agree with Jon - we can't really avoid "doing the dance" at this point because so many folks are trained on algos, and the industry really relies on them (a little too heavily IMO). It won't feel like BS if the marketing is an extension of the art and music you're making. Make some kind of cool art or take some unique we've never seen before on these platforms and commit to that bit and be consistent, but then really utilize any kind of audience you're building to drive people either online to places like this (Discord and Reddit forums are your best bet for just starting out, livestreams like Twitch if you're keen on performingg) or drive them offline and figure out ways to interact IRL.
You got this dude!
