My dad (who is literally the best person I know) has been in the ICU for 6 days, and the only time I have felt anything like calm since he was admitted is when I’m listening to Jon’s music. It’s like he carved out a niche in space and filled it with sonic peace and goodness. I’m so grateful that he exists and that he has created and shared so much.
