@OverwhelmMe I’m ok still dealing with this viscous cough/cold. I’m trying to take care of myself with some tea, cough medicine and cough drops. But nothing is working except drinking the tea helps. Last night I couldn’t sleep bc of the coughing so hard. I wish there was something that could take away the cough.

@Amariez10585 I'm no physician at all- and if my recc goes against anything any of your own drs have said, or if you just cant take it, I completely understand. But I swear by Mucinex- there's a day and a night time one. A suppressant at night to help ease the coughing, but then an expectorant for the day so it loosens mucus and makes it so much easier to clear. It's my go-to and I have multiple boxes at home or the office.
I feel like with colds, we also just need to ride them out. Stay hydrated as much as possible, take showers so the steam helps clear your airways, and just be kind to yourself. I hope it subsides soon!
