How do groups work?

I'm pretty sure they are not fully available yet as there are only 3, but is it gonna be for everyone or only admins will be able to create them?
Someone commented on my LATAM topic saying that they would like to be included on the group if created and gave me the idea but i can't figure out how to do it 🥹 -
Im guessing within the weeks it will be available. He did say that categories will change so I do wonder maybe this upcoming week it will change and introduce groups? We shall see

I wonder if he announces a tour he’ll let us make groups so we can create city groups to make it easier to connect and meet up at a show if we want to
