Good morning! I woke up and just felt a bit overwhelmed (no pun intended) since the past week was busy and nonstop. It's like my nervous system caught up and I just felt "off" this morning. So took a shower, called in sick, just so I can mentally reset a bit. I have a long 4 hour meeting this afternoon, then therapy, so I felt this was a good call.

Now its a slow morning with my cat and this forum lol
