Thank God for all parents. Remember, our parents are just people like us figuring it out as they go along If you haven't in a while, make sure they know that you love and appreciate them for who they are as well as what they've done. If it's complicated, shoot them a text or send them a card or something. If it's REALLY complicated (me), pray for them. Pray that they can know they are loved and appreciated and they aren't forgotten about.

And obviously, this isn't just for parents. Feel free to do this for anyone special to you anytime. We really never know how long we have and people just deserve to know that they matter. So let's make it happen.
