The first song I heard was Guillotine. I discovered it through a Facebook video at the time and immediately Shazamed it. That same evening, I showed it to my best friend—I was jumping on the bed, singing and dancing along. To this day, it’s a memory we still laugh about.
We’ve always shared a special bond through your music, and we always will. When Kid Again came out, she and I made sure we were together to listen to it for the first time. Life moves so fast, and we don’t get as many opportunities to hang out as we used to. So, thank you, Jon, for creating moments that bring us back together, just like old times.
Thank you for the songs that have become our soundtrack—reminding us who we are, even when life pulls us in different directions. Thank you for always giving us new memories to make, for connecting us with the people we love, and for creating a damn good beat to jump on beds to.
