I’m getting a string quartet like in the making of Guillotine, for my proposal

I was always so inspired by seeing how Jon worked with string trio in his Making Of Video and decided to try it for myself. I’m planning on hiring a string quartet to play an acoustic version of one of my tracks “if you ever left” that I wrote for my long time girlfriend, to play for when I propose to her. I was inspired by “Haunted house” (one of my favourite tracks lyrics wise from Jon), when I wrote this song, using the same metaphors of his lover scaring away his “ghosts” so it makes me emotional thinking about how much Jon’s music has shaped my life from highschool, even to this important milestone moment.

Never learned any music theory but have had to start to learn how to make sheet music for the quartet to learn. Still working on it but just wanted to share how Jon’s music has affected my life and it feels cool leading a string quartet like he did in the video lol.
