a recent one for me is "you dont mess around with jim" from jim croce, my parents told me they played him when I was young but I ended up rediscovering him and listening the album to death. such a talent, gone too young

Deeper Well by Kacey Musgraves - she stays true to her roots while acknowledging that there is more to see and learn when you move away from what you’ve always known. Reminded me to always keep looking for more.
@ericacapp I believe I listened to her LP Golden Hour awhile back. she's a great writer.
