Wow. I can't express how blessed I feel to actually know that Jon is going to release new music. Kid Again absolutely ignites my soul. I've been a fan since early 2020 so I've never had a chance to listen to new music. To join Reddit and see how dedicated other fans are, just like me, makes me so excited for all of us. We all get to be in a room together with an artist who is truly gifted. I always tell people that he is a genius in the way he creates music that people can really feel in their soul. I have cried so many tears, some good, some sad, at his lyrics because they hit every time. His music got me through so many hard times and as I grow, his music affects me in different ways. I am so excited to see this new era of Jon.
I've always ben happy to know that even if we never got music again, he was protecting his peace. He said in so many songs that he didn't want people to call him underrated and I never have, because he doesn't want fame to change him. HE IS THE SAME. The same artist we all love. But now, with hard learned lessons and years of development that we haven't heard.
This was longer than I thought it was going to be. I just feel so blessed that Jon is back and we all get to benefit no matter what. He is the most talented individual and I feel like God has blessed me with bringing his music into my life. I'm excited to hear all the new music, Kid Again was such a strong intro.
