It was June 12, 2019 at The Met in Philadelphia, the first show of the Glory Sound Prep tour. I vividly remember being smack in the middle of the pit. I was surrounded by ecstatic souls, the energy was unlike anything I had ever experienced. We were introduced to Lawrence as they debuted their song “Casualty”. Jon proceeded to put on what is, to this day, the most unique and original show I’ve had the pleasure to see. I progressively lost my voice as the night went on, screaming in harmony one song after another with what felt like the entire building. Before I knew it the show was ending, the curtains closed, I wasn’t ready to leave. The crowd in unison chanted “GSP, GSP, GSP!” until Jon returned to the stage with teary eyes (i think) and a shaky voice. He expressed his appreciation and then blew the roof off of The Met (what pieces were left of the roof) with “Good Things Fall Apart” making the perfect closing to a perfect night. I’m looking forward to whatever might come next. I look forward to sharing the next JB experience with many of you, wherever it may be. BEAUTIFUL MIND BABY!!!

I was at this same show! The night before my 18th birthday! I was front of the pit and spent like an hour fighting to get some epic videos! My sister and I also did the VIP experience beforehand! Got my beautiful mind tattoo exactly three years later!
