I still remember where I was when I heard stupid deep the first time. I was a teenager in my childhood bedroom, listening to my headphones in the dark. I had been obsessing over The Human Condition, and I gave Glory Sound Prep a listen.

I got to stupid deep, and I cried. Immediately. And I continue to cry to that song almost every time I hear it. It has been my most listened to song on Spotify every single year since it came out. Never in my life has an instrumental affected me the way this song continues to each and every day.

This song has accompanied me through multiple breakups, through suicide attempts, through the highs and lows in my faith in God, through moves across the country, through my high school and college graduation.
