In 2019 my older brother decided to gift me a ticket for his GSP Live in Milan and that day i also met Travis Mendes for the first time ahaha it was weird but still happy to experience Do Over. My older brother has a way bigger music culture than mine and still loved every single minute of that night.
I kept the phone away most of the time but i took some pictures and sometimes i think about how close i was to him ahaha!
The way me and the people i love, find a connection with his music and lyrics makes me appreciate life more, specially after understanding how someone on the other side of the ocean managed to create a connection with us using music. I think this is probably the meaning behind "Translation through speakers".
The one thing me and my brother liked is that he performed like we were thousands even if we were not too many people. I still was surprised to see other Italians that listen to his music. Cool to mention: I met a girl that i really like, and found out that she loves his music and her favourite record is Stupid Deep, i still think she is an FBI Agent.
