I’ll never forget discovering Woke the Fuck Up on a Pandora station. I had never had a single artist where I liked ALL of their content - I had always been a fan of songs here and there but never truly had a no skip album that I loved every song until I listened to…well…all of your EPs and albums that existed at that time.
I’ll also never forget first hearing Superman, the Gift and the Curse in a math lab where I was not allowed to touch my phone but risked it all to save the song and make sure I wouldn’t lose or forget it.
I’m so grateful I discovered your music and I love your passion for music. It is the most special thing I have ever witnessed.
@drkirby hahahaha sneaky song save is wild

I have been a fan since I was about 13/14 in middle school. i found your music from a outro i think it was old old faze clans. i’ve been a fan ever since. i saw you live at the Loft in Atlanta for the human condition. then in the Coca Cola roxy for part 2. i had tickets for GSP but we ended up being out of state i was so sad. i’ve carried your music with me my whole life now i show everyone i meet your songs. my first ever tattoo at 18 was Beautiful Mind in the same font. i’m now 23 having my first son and man i CANT WAIT for this. he will know all your music and songs man. i hope you see this and i hope you know how much you helped me throughout the years. when i was down i always just played one of your songs. your lyricism and authenticity is something you don’t find anymore nowadays. so i am so ready for a JB come back.
@GabbyW0205 SONS ARE THE BEST hahaha happy for you, excited for this year

Every record has been the soundtrack to bus rides to games, first dates, High school dances, to spinning GSP in my dorm room to show new friends, and the first concert with my girlfriend now of 8 years. Very excited for new music to make new memories to.
@JOEPIO this new shit bangs too! Haha let’s gooo!

Watching you create and listening to your music made the COVID lockdown enjoyable for me. You inspired me to a point that you have truly changed the trajectory of my life, Jon. I’m 20 now and I remember being 15 hearing your music and being floored by the way it makes me feel, nothing has made me more passionate and ignited such a fire in my soul for music. You’re the reason I’m in college to be a Music Tech major, the reason I was able to fall in love with producing music, and you have truly changed my life for the better.
@Derrian-Berry very honored. Excited for you to hear the new jams

Glory Sound Prep tour, Los Angeles. Sold out venue and the feeling of the whole crowd being taken up while you orchestrated songs in front of us. Then the crowd singing in one voice to “Blu.” Best live show I’ve been part of.
@Itsbenhere I remember that hahahaa fire moment

My friend Angel introduced me to your music YEARS AGO. before human condition released. He was going through a rough break up and showed me “All time low.” It was such an amazing sound to me and i instantly fell in love and had to check you out.

The GSP show at MGM Maryland is still one of my all time favorite shows. Cove City poster has followed me from college to multiple condos to now being on the wall of the townhome I own. Can't wait to see whatever comes next

I was in middle school when I listened to Munny Right. I had never heard your music before but for some reason it just stayed with me through my entire life. I cannot explain it, to this day you’ve had the most impact on my life sonically. Listening to that song, feeling how you felt in those moments, and as I grew relating to them even more. Your music is one of so much substance, and just raw energy. I can’t wait for more.
@sixthnick new ish craaaaazy haha

It is SO amazing to have you back :') I have been YEARNING for this for so long and you've been with me since high school - I'm now graduated from college and living on my own working in music in NYC. You inspire me in so many ways and have for so many years and I cannot wait to experience this era of rebirth alongside you
@whoevenisemily the forum just the start of the avalanche too!

Saw you at jones beach and the paramount. We met after the paramount show in the parking lot in the back I was so drunk and got the worst pic with you it was so blurry. We gotta meet again and retake the photo. You were unbelievable and the show brought me joy for life. Appreciate you and thanks for all the emotional tears you’ve given me through your music. It’s like whenever your songs come on I just cry tears of happiness
@thatguycraigmgmt lmao don’t get so drunk next time!
hahaha

Hey Jon!
This is from the GSP tour in 2019 in Detroit, MI. I'm in the Texas shirt and am there with my brother, two sisters and a close friend. We all still look back on this day as the best live concert we have ever been to. You were touring with Lawrence at the time and like created new music off the cuff with just your voice and having the other band members mimic you and follow your direction!? It was the coolest performance and I have yet to see anything else like it. Fond, fond memory - can't wait to be at your next performance! -
@thatguycraigmgmt lmao don’t get so drunk next time!
hahaha
@User12261990 I’ve always been the life of the party…

No song has ever shaken and touched me like Mah’s Joint.
My grandmother has been suffering from Alzheimer's for more than 15 years now.
It was beautiful to feel so connected with you, understood, and not alone.Thank you for everything, Jon

I haven’t had social media on my phone for over 6 years. I’ve missed out on interaction and times and tour memories yall held dear. I wanna re connect and hear about times on tour or moments listening to albums for the first time, people you’ve met. What ever here.
Like I said this forum is sort like social media for me. The emails and here is where yall will get everything first.
@User12261990 the first song I ever heard from you was guillotine! My coworker had her phone hooked up and she played it and i couldn't get it out of my head it touched every part of my soul!
I went home and deep dove into your music listening to as much as i could! At the time i was living in an abusive home and your music carried me through till I could leave and even when I was homeless your music got me through the darkest times!
Now I'm a new mom to this day your music still gets me through all the tough times and I even have my husband and son hooked on your music to! I can't wait for you to drop more!!! -
I guess I should start by saying you ~might~ remember our 2016 interview in a green room at terminal 5 with z100. I shouted out your BLI upcoming show while on air with z100 and completely had no idea what I was doing. Fast forward later I worked for BLI for 3 years and fast forward a bit more I’m now the Booking Assistant at The Paramount in Huntington. I have been dying to have you back at the venue for years too, just saying! I saw you outside Lawrence’s Radio City show back in September, 2 days after the Kid Again video dropped. If I never won that BLI radio contest to meet you in 2016 I’m convinced I wouldn’t have the career in the industry that I do now. I honestly feel like I owe it all to you and your passion, so thank you. I’ve always wanted to share this with you, so hopefully you see it. I haven’t moved an inch since 2015, waiting patiently for whatever collaboration you dropped next. I’m so incredibly proud of you and feel so blessed to be alive to see your return to music in a way that truly feels good for you. To say I’m ready and excited is an understatement. You got me in your corner forever
The island is long but life is short in this town

The first song of yours I ever heard was 'Watup Snow', probably in 2014 in a FAZE Clan Youtube vid. No idea what it was, but it slapped. . They rocked w. ur music regularly and in one of their vids they mentioned going to your show, and my world was cracked open. Have so many great memories hitting 'play' on an album at a party with my buddies and just jamming and having a good time. Waited for the midnight release of The Human Condition on a school night and listened to it 2-3x through.
When I found out that I could download albums of DATPIFF and then subsequently load them on Spotify I immediately got Translation Through Speakers, The Separation, and The Definition up in there alongside LOGIC's mixtapes. I've watched your Youtube biography series more times than I can count.
Saw you in Vancouver in October 2017 and July 2019, both at the Vogue theatre in downtown and had a phenomenal time. I remember the "Keep Fighting Drew" Sign hung on the front of the piano. So many great memories gone by, so many more to make.
So glad you're back.

I’ve been a fan since I heard guillotine on the radio in my car. I forgot the words by the time I got home and only listened to that station until they played the song again. I pulled over and wrote down some lyrics so I could google it when I got home and have been hooked ever since. You came to play a students-only concert at PSU main campus December 2016. I didn’t go to Penn State but my best friend did. She was taking photoshop that semester and we forged a student-ID so I could get in to see you
it was one of the most incredible nights of my life. I can still vividly feel the base of the drum vibrate through my chest as I stood there in awe of your talent. Your music has been the only thing that sounds good to my soul when nothing else is hitting the right way. Thank you for all the love you put into your music! I’m beyond stoked to see what’s in store for us next!

Been to two live shows you've done in the past in Atlanta and such unforgettable nights they were!! So honored to support you and happy to see your return. I've made some amazing friends through this journey and couldn't be more thankful for you Jon! Your music has been the soundtrack to my growth for a long time 🫶
