@dunola I'm going to say nah, this doesn't need to happen. AJR basically copied Jon's style, and Jon even did an interview a few years ago discussing imitators. And also I'm just kinda over AJR being blasted on the radio when I'm at work
People can love them if they want, they clearly know what they're doing, but I just think their styles are too similar and it wouldn't produce anything unique.

I think another collab with an EDM artist would pop off, like when he worked with Zedd and Illenium. Maybe some super collab with Seven Lions/Wooli or Trivecta. Dare I even say somebody like Subtronics???? That would be a huge genre blend that would be super cool to experiment with.

Kind of random but I'd love a collab with Anderson Paak. I discovered his music after Jon Bellion went on his hiatus and immediately thought both their voices and their vibes would mesh really well
