i cannot BELIEVE these are going to be five years old this year +_+ the passage of time...
when i got the call about making the poster for the virtual concert, i was in my dorm room (junior year, right before a super busy finals/critique week), and i remember preparing to do just about anything to ensure that i was able to make it happen LOL. still so surreal and amazing that it happened at all, so so grateful. it was also one of the most fun to work on (and i swear i'm not just saying that because this is the BM forum lol). i think part of that is the response they got/continue to get, so thank you sincerely if you fall into that group. i'd love to revisit these concepts with my current skillset, if time allows
(i could probably be persuaded, if enough people wanted to see it haha). the four were the original sketch pitches for the poster itself, but jon (et. al.) loved all four enough to want to see them all on the final poster

I, for one, would LOVE to see you revisit these! Beautiful stuff, really. I love the innocent, playful nature of these and they ring very true with Jon's THC art style (Weight of the World, Guillotine Acoustic, etc.)

@crvptozoology This brings back one of my favorite memories. We literally got all our friends together for the first time in a long time just to all enjoy this together.

@crvptozoology Cannot express how much I love these. I'd say they're Simple & Sweet (lol) but I'll be damned if I don't say how intricate and beautiful they are. Would love to see your interpretation now that you're now five years more honed in your skill!
