I'm probably one of many, but I have to say Jon really saved me. A couple of years ago I went through the worst time of my life. After a year of mental abuse I was broken. It led to me breaking contact with my parents. I was totally lost and felt like I just lost my family. I always struggled with feeling my emotions, especially hurt and tears. But music always touched me straight in my emotions. But I just can't explain what Jon's music did for me. Do you know the feeling like if a song was made just for you? Like it feels like the song knows you better then you know yourself. Reaches your most vulnerable parts like it belongs there. I felt the closeness I had missed all these years and could finally cry like I was in the arms of someone who could comfort me. Jon's music brought me closer to myself and I can't thank him enough for getting me through these tough times. Like Jon said himself: he makes music for people who LISTEN to music. I feel like I am one of those people who feels and really listens to his music.
I'm forever gratefull. Jon, never stop making music you love. All the raw feelings you put in them are felt through the speakers. Love you man!
