cont. cause i couldn’t fit it all in one post Then “Meant to Live” came out. By that point I had gotten out of rehab but was still struggling. Now i grew up going to church every Sunday with my parents, and went to a very Christian private school. I was VERY familiar with christian music including Switchfoot, Newsboys, and Andy Mineo (which is where i discovered your music). But hearing your cover of such a good song, it gave me hope. The lyrics was what I needed at the time and it gave me so much healing. So thank you. AND NOW WE ARE FRICKIN HERE AND IM SO GOSH DARN EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE. Thank you for everything that you do. What a sorrowing experience that had some light from Jon’s music. Im so sorry to hear about your loss and I hope you’re doing well. It’s a beautiful thing to be so touched by his music, his writing and production style is so unique and incomparable to others. I’m crying hearing about your story and crying more thinking about how in my darkest times feeling seen by his lyricism too. It’s such an intimate feeling between Jon and his fans which separates him from everyone else. Sending you my love ️
